What will happen if i split C partition?

I have a hdd with one partition, it's just for windows files. I want to make one more partition. If I use EaseUS partition manager to split my C partition, what will happen to all of my data?

I haven't used that specific program, but if you are just splitting the HDD into numerous partitions it shouldn't affect your data at all.

you should always backup your data regularly no matter what. shit happened and it either takes time now or takes a lot more later(and might be $$$).

Buy another internal HDD (you will need it), backup the data there. It will be better if you do a format and then clean install the OS with a bootable media (DVD/USB).
