What will happen if i use a 12v 6A to a 12V 3.33A electronic device?

Solution
You should be fine. The voltage is the key thing here. A 6 Amp adapter is capable of supplying that much amperage, but it doesn't push it through the system. If the device you are powering requires a peak of 2 amps, that's all that will be pulled from the adapter.
