I have a 360 watt UPS and im going to upgrade my pc with rx 570 and ryzen 5 2600.It recommends to use a 500 watt .
1)What will happen if i use that ups?
2)And can i rely on the wattage pcpartpicker estimates?

thanks a lot for answering!!!

A lot depends on what else is in your system. Look at the TDP of the GPU itself. The CPU, and whatever else you have. Those recommendations have to take into account that you may have a 150W CPU, HDD RAID array, several big cooling fans etc. That may not apply to you at all.
What 360W PSU do you have, and what are your system specs?
Ryzen 5 2600 seems to be a 65W CPU
These guys show 120W GPU and suggest a 350W PSU. Looks about right to me.

I just wanted to know what will happen if i use a 450 W power supply where a 500 W or more power supply is recommended?Will the pc burn up?Will it not work?will it crash?

Depends on quality and protections built into PSU.
What can happen:
PSU blows up, catches fire, burns down your house;
PSU blows up and kills rest of your pc - motherboard, hdds/ssds;
PSU shuts down gracefully, no damage to pc.
