what will happen to my graphics card?

i have a ddr2 motherboard and i recently bought a Zotac gt 730 1gb gddr5 2.0
the problem is that im using a gddr5 to my ddr2 motherboard and PCIE 1.0 to a 2.0 graphics card will my graphics card will slow down?

The memory will not matter, and the PCI-E X16 2.0 is backwards compatible with PCI-E X16 1.0 so you should have no problems - if not ever such a slight data speed difference.
