[SOLVED] What will happen to the money i use for micro transaction if the game was now shut down?

Hi. When i was kid, i played a game named "Line cookie run" I ask my parrent for in game purchase.
Recently, i was scrolling down my playstore collection.
When i open it, it says that it was out of service.
The last update was 2018.
What happened to the money i spend on the game?

Pretty much same as with any other ingame microtransaction/purchase, it's gone.
they might give you refunds (possibly) in some other game of their making but they will never give you your money back.

I tried to refund but it says that i can't refund in game purchase that is more than 48 hours. Is it just this or i can do something?

Gone means gone. You'd have better luck getting back a sandwich you ate a month ago.

You paid to play the game, you can't just get the money back. A game that is shut down is not going to refund the players that were using it when it was live since they use that money to pay the people running the game and to support the game.
