What will i do?

I want a pc in low budget ther are som spec for which i go for

Core 2 quad 2.8 ghz
2gb ram
250gb hard disk

on the other hand i have
core 2 duo 3.0ghz
4gb ram
25 gb hard dsk

That's tough.

The quad core will be better than the faster dual core,

the 4GB would be better than 2GB

The core 2 quad would be better off with 4gb of ram. Today 2gb of ram is not enough to do much and when you have a core 2 quad you should have 4gb of ram. So the better system would have ;

Core 2 quad 2.8ghz
4gb of ram
250gb hard drive
