What will I need for my custom loop?

I am brand new to custom water cooling and I need some advice as to what parts I should buy to water cool my build. (GPUs and CPU)

CPU: i7-6700k
GPU: SLI 980s x2
Case: NZXT H440

Can you provide a budget + currency, even if you dont care how much you spend, an aim would be good!
Also, what brand of 980's are you using, what motherboard, RAM modules etc, any extra cards and colour scheme preferences
