Hello everyone .. i know the differences between shut down / hybernate / sleep
a friend of mine advice me to never shut down my computer cause that shorten the lifespan of a hard drive, is this true?
so after you can tell me whether it's true or not, even if it's not
i wanna know if i keep hibernating my computer at night instead of shutting it down will make it live longer?
thanks in advance.

From my 30 years of experience I have found that keeping your PC on 24/7 does not affect the life of your HDD. In fact it's probably better than shutting it down every night.
Instead of hibernating your PC at night use that time to do a nightly Backup. You'll thank yourself later I guarantee it.

Hibernating or shutting down doesn't make any difference to HDD.
In both situations PC is completely turned off. Hibernation just additionally saves contents of ram to HDD and restores ram contents upon startup.

Usually HDD receives most stress, when pc is started up (when drive motor spins up). Another factor is operating wear of HDD.
So if you start/stop your pc a lot, HDD may fail because of startup stress. If you never turn off your pc, HDD may fail because of wear.

Summary - don't stress about it. Your HDD will probably die anyway. If you want it to remain in pristine condition, don't use it at all. Keep it in a drawer in antistatic bag. :)

If you have SSD, put your system file and Chrome or Mozilla or any stuff that you use for 24 hours there. On idle, HDD will not take any effect. Since SSD has better long "Life" than HDD. CMIIW

On idle, HDD will not take any effect. Please explain what you mean.

SSD has better long life than HDD. Where is your evidence of that? I have HDD's that have been working for 15 years.

Yeah, i mean if your system put on C ( SSD) and you running nothing on your Computer, so the HDD will not take any effect tho? Since nothing running with HDD. :)
And you can google it Sir. Like Samsung SSD or Anything, I mean, it's not Durability of the "Working Usage" but the it's the Durability of Endurance from Shaking or anything.
