What will my laptop run?

I already bought it so there's really no sense in worrying about what it will run but I just want to know. (It's coming tomorrow)

Specs
CPU; i7-5500U Processor ( dual core 2.4 GHz Base, Turbo Boosts up to 3 GHz) 1600 MHz, 4MB)

GPU; AMD Radeon R9 M275 (2GB VRAM)

OS; Windows 8.1 64

Screen Resolution; 1920 x 1080 (I have no idea if this matters or not lol)

RAM; 16GB DDR3L 1600 MHz

HDD; 500GB 5400 RPM

Games I want it to run (answer with YES or NO, if YES, tell me about the resolution and settings I'd be able to run the game at at ~30 FPS)

1) Skyrim; TES V

2) Bioshock Infinite

3) Saints Row The Third

4) Saints Row IV

5) CS:GO

6) GTA V

7) Crysis (the first)

8) Farcry 4

9) Sims 4

10) Borderlands 2

oh ok i just thought you were being sarcastic because i'd have never expected to be able to play GTA v on max detail with this laptop

yea i think so. to give you some prospective, i had an R9 270X 4G (desktop card) and i could get arounf 40FPS in GTAV with medium settings. according to tom's own graphics card hierarchy chart ( http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html ) your laptop graphics are 5 "tiers" lower than what i had. i wouldnt expect anything more than 30FPS on low settings on Far cry, GTA, or anything else that also came out on the new gen consoles. you might fair better in the older game.
