What will the value of my gaming PC be in 2-3 years, sell now or later?

Am not trying to brag about my parts or anything but I really want to know if its worth it to sell now or later, i do moderate gaming but i dont want it to lose lots of value in 3 years time

CPU: Core i5 6600k
GPU : ASUS ROG STRIX 1070
HDD- 1 TB blue
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3
Case- Corsair carbide spec M2
Ram = 2x8 , 2x4 2400 mhz DDR4( total 24 GB)
Cooler- H60 AIO liquid cooler
Mobo- Z170 MX gaming 5

how much will i be able to sell this in 2 years, Canadian dollar pls

Price in 3 years? 1/2 of what you could sell it for used, today. Which is 60% of what you paid for it new.

In 3 years?
$400-450 used about, especially given the newly reinvigorated competition between Intel and AMD.
There will be much better value modern versions with the same performance in a couple of years time.
Think i3 4xxx in 2014 vs the Pentium now, or the GTX 770 ($400) performance being comparable to a 1050 Ti now. ($125)
