What Would Be A Better Option?: MSI or FTW For A GTX Graphics Card

Alright, looking at GTX Graphics Cards. Now, I stumbled between two different models. What do you think would be a better choice for me? A MSI GTX 960 4Gb/2Gb(I want to go for a 970, but my wattage is too low, so trying to figure out what would be better option for me in terms for a 960), or a GTX 960 FTW?

SPECS:
Wattage: 460w
Processor: i7 4770 @3.40 GHz
GPU: GTX 635
Ram: 12 Gbs.
Operating System: Windows 8.1
Brand/Model Name: Dell XPS 8700.
