Hi everyone,

Just wanting to upgrade my graphics card, what should I get that will be better than my current GTX 1650 4GB?
Budget is around +/- $500USD
On a side not should I upgrade my CPU instead/aswell?

Computer specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600 3.4ghz
G.skill ripjaws ddr4 3200mhz 4x8gb
MSI Geforce GTX 1650 4gb
crucial mx500 2.5" SSD
corsair CV650 650w 80 plus bronze
fractal design meshify c
MSI B450 tomahawk max
cooler master ML 240R ARGB

No a CPU upgrade is not needed, you can always upgrade it down the line if you feel like it but a r5 2600 should do just fine with even the more higher end cards.

What resolution are you playing on and what kind of performance are you aiming for from what type of games? ex. e-sport titles

Hey thanks for the response,

Res: 1920 x 1080

I've been playing games like GTA, RDR2, WOW, MW on high-ultra and losing fps and getting coil whine so something that will be able to handle ultra much better basically

Thanks !!

At 1920 x 1080 an rtx 2060 or a rx 5600xt.

Whichever you can find cheaper, they're the sensible option for full setting 1080p gaming at the moment.

The 1650 is a medium settings card at best on modern titles

Sapphire pulse 5600xt

That would be my personal choice at current pricing for 1080p for under $300

Thanks for your response!
Do you have any recommendations about GB?
Cheers
