What would be a good cooler for my pc?

I have: Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core, and my motherboard is: ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO DDR3 2800 LGA 1150.
I will over clock and wonder if the cooler will occupy the space for the ram.
I want to add that i have ram with heat spreaders

Cooler Master Seidon 120V, and the curcuit doesn't waste that much spaces.

Most air coolers take into account the RAM clearance issue. The Coolermster Hyper 212 EVO is a very capable air cooler for the price, but if I had a sexy cpu/mobo setup like yours, i'd definitely go for a CLC like the Kraken X60. Assuming you have the top vents for it, of course.

As long as you get low profile ram and a wide enough case you won't have any issues.

If you want to go with an air cooler and stay with something that is the best performance per dollar then go with the CM Hyper 212 EVO http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005O65JXI. If you want one of the best performing air coolers regardless of the price then you want to check out any of the Phanteks PH-TC14PE http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005OS46MQ coolers. They come in many different colors.

If you want to go with a liquid cooler then more information about your case is needed to make an accurate suggestion.

or if you want a higher OC look at the CM GTS V8, that's what I went with, used a Hyper 212 EVO while waiting for the CM to be released and the EVO is perfectly good through 4.4 - 4.5, run 4.6 24/7 with the V8 and often up to 4.8, rest of rig in sig

I like both of them they look good, but i don't know that much how the liquid cooling works and if it would take a lot of space like for the ram and stuff? Also i think im missing the space for the Kraken X60 and could you recomend me a case that is big enough
