For that system a quality psu with 550w will do, get the xfx 550w pro, it's the best bang for the buck right now :

Does that work with the +12 volt.

I have never really been great at picking out PSUs. I was also wondering if the Rosewill Hive 550W would work because they carry it at my local microcenter.

Yes - that psu will work with your sys (I have same mobo),
and dj gave you the best quality "bang for the buck" psu
deal right now.

ps - nuthin wrong with the hive - but that XFX 550 will cost you less
and is Seasonic built (the Hive I think is Sirfa).
