I've been trying to build my new PC and it's just been one issue after another. Finally got it working, installed Windows and everything, then CPU hits 100 degrees.
Switched it off, unplugged it, and went to hook up an extra fan and re-apply thermal paste to the CPU (the people who manufactured it were Removed dumb about it - the cooler fits so tight it squeezes half the paste off the CPU). It won't even turn on now. The motherboard light is on but that's it.
