What would be a good upgrade?

I'm looking to upgrade my computer with a better PSU and GPU, but there's so many option that I'm not sure where to start. I use my computer for gaming, and I think that I would like a GPU from the R9 series and a modular PSU. My computer specs can be found here under "view full datasheet" http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DT.SRQAA.008. My budget is around 250$ WITHOUT rebates. I'm not incredibly good at turning them in, so please ignore them when you suggest parts. Thanks to anyone who answers!
