What would be a great choice of Gpu for this setup.Extra: Cpu as well[Not needed]

The things I do include video editing, gaming. If I wanted to play League or Bo3 or Csgo at over 60 fps constant. What would be a good Gpu.

Video editing is going to be slow with that low end dual core. So, good luck. As to a gfx card that won't be bottlenecked too badly by the CPU, I'd probably go with a GTX 950 or R7-370
