What's your budget and which country are you from? This will help us narrow down what you can buy and what's potentially available.

Also what's the model of your PSU?
hello my budget is around 600$ im from us, this is the psu i have https://www.microcenter.com/product/603372/msi-geforce-gtx-1660-ti-gaming-x-overclocked-dual-fan-6gb-gddr6-pcie-30-graphics-card at the moment. I was trying to purchase one from a website called jawa that has been surfacing the net recently on youtube so i was going to try it out but didnt know which gpu to get

That's the video card. I'm talking the power supply. If you don't know the model, take a picture of the sticker on the side and upload it to something like https://imgur.com/ or https://imgbb.com/ and share the link.

Though if I wanted to go ahead and give a speculative answer, a GeForce RTX 3070 or a Radeon RX 6700 XT should be within your budget.

If you go with a 3070, I would strongly recommend getting a Dell OEM 3070. They are made specifically to be used with Dell's own 500W PSU, and only use a single 8-pin power connector. The OEM 3070 from the HP Omen uses NVidia's 12 pin connector, requiring a dual 8-pin to 12 pin adapter cable, so it likely won't work with a 500-550W PSU, so don't confuse them with the Dell card, though they look similar. Nvidia recommends a 650W PSU, and retail cards will require that.
