What would be a safe temp for a OC'd sapphire r9 270x Dualx

Guys, I've oc'd my Sapphire R9270x Dualx 4gb GPU to 1100 /1500 MHZ. No increase in voltage.

While playing Crysis3 in ultra setting the temp oscillates between 75-80C.

1) Is this a normal temp for a OC'd Sapphire GPU?

2) Suppose if the temp hits more than 85C, what wud happen will the PC shut down or would my card burn out.

I feel a little bit skeptical with this part while oc'ing and playing.
Need more help on this, please.

I believe the max temperature for that card it about 95. A higher temperature will throttle down the performance or restart/turn of the computer, not destroy it. If the card doesn't throttle down, you are fine.
My laptop UX32VD has a max of 92, so yours seems perfectly fine, IMO. (RED: When gaming my laptop always hit the 92C and its not really an issue at all.)

Dont worry ive the same gpu but 2 gb version my also hit 75-80 and mine aslo overclocked to 1100 but memory at stock is not an issue though my tempwrature does not go high with this game it stuck at 70 max!

It's not an unsafe temp for the card, but you might want to see if there is anything you can do to cool it off.
What case/fan setup are you using?
Is it dusty?
What kind of fan curve is it running?
