What would be my best set up for this monitor?

i currently have a gtx950, but im considering getting the above monitor.

If i get that monitor and ax rx580, would i achieve 144hz refresh rate? use hdmi 1.4 or display port 1.2? dvi? what would be my best set up?

Completely depends on games, CPU, and graphics settings as well as GPU if your PC can deliver that many frames.
