What would be the best 120mm AIO for the Ryzen 7 1800x clocked at 3.8 Ghz?

Corsair H60, CM Masterliquid 120, basically any of them will perform somewhat similarly, with the H60 generally being the preferred pick.

That being said any single fan air cooler will perform just as well if not better, and the cost of a 120mm AIO will be just as much as some dual fan coolers.

Yes,I know a 120mm AIO costs as much as a dual fan air cooler,but I am working in the Phanteks Evolv Shift,that's why,also,thank you for the answer pal. ^^
