When it comes to cooling, there are many factors to look for.
1-A decent airflow - yes, to all the geeks, more fans doesn't translate to a better cooling solution. I had 4 fans in my PC and the cooling was terrible, because there was no intake fan in the default setup. All 4 fans acted like exhaust. So having a fan for cool intake helps.
Further, a good thermal paste will make hell of a difference. I believe in changing the paste every 6-8 months. Cooler master x1 is great performer and will make the CPU 5 degree cooler.
Lastly a good air/aio liquid cooling/diy liquid cooling is essential.
Since youre not that into high end parts and I'm assuming you won't be upgrading soon, I'll suggest to go with air cooling since for me, liquid cooling is good when you're going sli and everything runs damn hot( also you wanna save space)
For Air cooling, cooler master and noctua are the very best you can get. You can have whichever is the best for your budget.
Best of luck
