What would be the best CPU to avoid bottle-necking my RX 480 4GB Card

I've been thinking about upgrading my CPU due to games like Battlefield 1, Watch Dogs 2, and Ghost Recon Wild Lands not performing as well as I would've hoped. About a month ago, I upgraded my GPU to an MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB I only have one driver update I haven't installed and that was today's. Before this I have been keeping my drivers up to date. So I've been thinking about upgrading but I'm very nervous about choosing the right CPU in terms of price vs performance, heat generation, and bottle necking. One potential CPU recommendation was the FX-8350 because it was a good fit for my motherboard. However, I was looking up reviews for it and while most were immensely positive, I found many criticisms to focus on the CPU's excessive heat production. I am not PC building expert in the slightest so this has me concerned a fair bit.

My Build:
Processor: AMD FX(™)-4350 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 8GB
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 480 GAMING X 4GB
Motherboard Model: GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
PSU: Evga 500 Watt
I haven’t used any overclocking

Exact same build here with FX 4350, RX 480, ga990fxa and 16GB RAM.
Dont upgrade. Save the money to buy yourself Ryzen 7 1700X and a X370 motherboard.

In the meanwhile if you want to squeeze out the last upgrade, you can get a cheap 240mm liquod cooler and overclock another 600mhz out of it to 4.8 GHz or more.
