What would be the best Liquid CPU Cooler for my PC? -

DEEPCOOL GAMER STORM CAPTAIN 120 AIO LIQUID COOLER
OR
Corsair Hydro Series H80i Liquid CPU Cooler

My system configuration -

CPU - AMD FX 8350
Motherboard - ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Ram - 8GB G-skill
HDD - 1TB WD
SMPS - XFX TS 750
Cabinet - Circle Gaming Cabinet CC 830 with 3 LED 120mm Fan
GPU - Now I have no GPU but I will buy FXF R9 380 4GB GPU

Have you looked at the Silverstone TD02-E, it's not far off in price but will smash performance edging towards the performance of a H100i while being very quiet.
