I now have:
Asrock 775dual-vsta
C2D e6400 (own water cooling sys)
2gb ddr2 667
BFG 6800Gt oc (own water cooling sys)
2-250gb Raid o
X-Connect 550 psu
I would like to now buy a mother board to run the same except I want to get a 8800GTX vid card. I will also probably need a new PSU.
What would be the best board for the money, I do want to be able to overclock as much as possible, I have plenty of cooling.
I am not rich lol.....
Thanks to all who can help.

If your hard drives are IDE, then go with one of these:

MSI P6N SLI-F LGA775 nF650i 2IDE ATX Conroe $115+6 2/25/07

Asus P5N-E LGA775 nF650i SLI 2IDE ATX Conroe $140+6 2/25/07

Asus P5N-E Review 12/22/06

If your hard drives are both SATA, then the single controller IDE boards using the P965 become a good option:

Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 LGA775 965 Conroe $123+6 2/25/07
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813128012

Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 LGA775 965 Conroe $108+6 2/25/07

Sorry, should have stated they are both SATA
WD 250GB 16mb Cache

I can get the Asus P5W Deluxe for around $140 but that takes 800 mhz memory correct?
And also, should I worry about SLI?... I mean I hear that there isnt really any hope on running the 8800gtx's in sli mode, otherwise I would like to be able to upgrade later maybe.

If SLI is really important to you, then you would want an NVidia 680i motherboard with twin 16 lane PCI-E slots. This costs much more for, IMHO, very little gain. The mobos I listed are good choices. Since twin IDE controllers are not an issue, I would recommend the Gigabyte DS3 with the better capacitors. Unless your memory is high-volt only, it should be fine. A pair of 8800GTX cards is way overkill, and you will need serious power supply juice to run them...
