i was wondering what would be better for gaming (GPU) 2 of these
EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX650 Ti 2GB DDR5 SSC
or 1 of this
MSI ATI Radeon R7950 3GB DDR5 Twin Frozr Boost Edition
(also if the 2 GPU's of nvidia are better would it be good with a 600w supply?)

The SLI set would probably be faster. You'll have to take the extra heat and power consumption in consideration though. Also not every game works great with SLI.

Depending on the rest of your system and the exact type of PSU, 600W is probably just about enough. I'd go for something a little higher though.

It's not a great PSU. It should do the trick for your system though. If you have some more money to spend, get a better PSU.
