What would happen if I get a 600 watt PSU for a rig that only needs 365?

So I'm buying a PC that requires 365 watts. I got a free upgrade in the customization for a 600 watt PSU. Would anything bad happen to my system?

the XT is a Seasonic designed unit.
but the production doesn't happen in Seasonic's main factory but in an outsourced factory owned by Seasonic and producing Seasonic designed units for Seasonic (I think the Seasonic ECO is made there as well as...
Do you know the make and model # of the "standard" and "upgraded" PSUs you would be getting from this PC builder? Many use low-quality PSUs, since people who buy prebuilt PCs often don't know enough about PSUs to question the quality (no offense intended). If they don't specify the make and model #, that in and of itself is a red flag.

I just realized it's a Cyberpower Standard... But now I have another question. Can the Corsair CX430 V2 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply run an AMD Radeon RX 460 2GB GDDR5, 16GB RAM, and AMD FX-8350 3.50 GHz PC?

Be warned, it's Cyberpower. They are a pretty big company, so get great deals on bulk purchases, which will include massive rebates to buy up older stock like the CX 430, CX 500 and CX 600 which while sound good, are not nearly in the same class of reliability as the CX-M designated new psus.

An rx460 system needs a 400w psu. With that 8350 you'll have to decide, OC or not. If you don't OC, the 430 will be fine. If you plan on OC, you'd be better off with a 500, if the 600 is a free upgrade, that's fine. Since I have no idea who actually OEM the Cyberpower brand psus (they are subject to change at any given time due to pricing and/or size) I'd probably be more inclined to trust the Corsair CX, but I'd take a 550w CX-M over a 600w CX any day.

It says that 365w is required

In over 30 years of messing around with pc hardware, I've yet to come across a 365w psu. My general rule of thumb, and that includes my job, is go up a step. For the most part, XFX has a very good reputation with psus, OEM Seasonic. It's only the XT series that's not so great. (not OEM seasonic). With a good 550w psu, you'll have no power worries, no matter how hard you push the system, and it leaves room should you ever decide to upgrade the gpu. Nice choice. Good luck with the rest.

other than that, pure agreement here.
however apart from the XT and the TS-430 any XFX unit comes with great quality and other than the Seasonic-branded PSUs with a better fan controller imo.
