What would it take to run this?

I want to know how much power and or cooling and other sorts would it take to run this setup i will have in a couple months.
I have a Intel p7-1125
Ram: 8Gb
GPU: gigabyte GTX 750 1Gb GDDR5
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K LGA 1155
Those are the components i will be upgrading to. So what kind of power? Any cooling? I can always get a new case I am fine with that just to fit the power supply in there.
