what would make my pc better

im getting some money in 3 weeks and dont want to waste my money on something that i dont need so im looking for advice to wisely spend it on something that will make my computer in to a good gaming pc that will run every game what would i need my specs are

i7 3770
64gb ssd
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
12gb ram
6950 2gb iceQ
700w ocz modxstream pro

Is the rig built yet? (I assume so with the old graphics card).

yes that is the rig i have now i want better gaming peformance and to run all games i will have about £400

Sell off your 6950 and put in a 7970, or if your mobo and PSU can handle it crossfire another 6950 in.
As Marco said, the rig as is already a decent gaming rig, would say that 6950 is about on par with a 7870 or overclocked 7850.

i have another 6950 so thats great i will have to buy another psu tho as this one only has 2 pcie

Just get an adapter...

I wouldnt be using adapters to create two separate 6pin connectors.
