What would the ASUS MB168B be like for gaming?

Im looking for a portable and cheap gaming monitor and I found the ASUS MB168B. It would work perfectly with my mini itx pc and as far as gaming is concerned im not concerned with response time and refresh rate (60Hz is enough). Would this monitor do gaming though with a clear image and a steady 60hz (not choppy)? Thanks!
