What would the best obs settings for a gtx 1050ti and x4 880k?

I am wanting to know what the best settings for obs to stream at 720p with a gtx 1050 ti and x4880k.

I would suggest streaming maximum at 720p / 30FPS and 2500 bitrate, This way more people can watch your stream without buffering since you don't have real powerful hardware "Athlon instead of a i7 or equivalent"

Not sure I'd attempt it with an X4, frankly.....start low.....

Folks don't need to see HQ to enjoy. (Most are playing their own games anyway...)
