what would the fps be in league of legends?

i got hd 5450 1gb and intel pentium d925 with 4 gb ram and i got on league of legends at low setting 20 fps and i will change my cpu to intel core 2 duo e8400,so i just want to know what would it be with the new intel core 2 duo e8400 ?

Probably the exact same. I do not expect you to even notice much (If any) of an performance increase.

Save the money, skip getting the 7 year old CPU.

The difference will be really small, your main bottleneck is the hd 5450, which is a really slow GPU.
