On a more serious note though I think it is an unattainable task (at least by 2010).

While perfect would never be done near perfect might be someday……somehow……..somewhere

And even this would be dependent on the task.

My guess would be that the n00bs would be trying to hack the M$ boxes while the l337 would be going after the BSDs.
