GeForce GTX 1060 could be a 1080 or a Titan (but I don't think that's the best option).

If you want 16GB of memory, would suggest DDR4-3000 memory but 2400 is okay.

I think that you should get an M.2 SSD or PCIe SSD to take advantage of that (if you can). Might help with cable management.

If your mobo has no M.2 slot, might want to get a better one or one that has one.

Could probably go with a 2TB if you would use that much space.
