A very nice build.

I would change the H100i to a noctua NH-D15s in a heartbeat.
Nothing else.

The NH-D15s will cost less, cool equally well, be quieter, more reliable, keep your parts cleaner and will not leak

It depends on your timeframe. After all, the new Intel chips should launch in October. The i5’s might not see much of an update, though. At the very least, I would wait to preorder an RTX 2080 or 2080 Ti tomorrow. I would also go with an NVME boot drive and maybe an additional hard drive for picture and video storage.

It's a fine build. And I agree with the above. Mother board is a little on the expensive side. But doesn't hurt. And I don't care much for aio cpu coolers. But again, it's great if you want to spend a few extra $. Sometimes it's better to get what you like than what is most logical.

I am with geofelt 's suggestion. Change the cpu cooler to a cryorig h5 ultimate or coolermaster master air 620p if you want some rgb.

There is only one place for the 240 aio. If placed in front, will suck in hot air for the gpu.
