Im wanting to eventually build a I7 build. But i can do this 2 ways, and trying to figure out which way is best and if its worth it.

Current PC:

Adding a 2080TI to this build. This would almost deplete my stash.

If i go with a 2080Super i could afford this:

And use my power supply, and SSD. It would leave a few items that would not cost much.

So is the 2080TI worth the extra $500 ? Would my current build bottle neck the TI ? Would it run fine ? And i could slowly buy and build a i7 or depending on the time frame i9. And on another note my friend keeps telling me to save money and buy AMD. Thanks in advance for any advice and help given.

Unless you really need to buy a new system right away, it might be worth waiting a few months for the high end RTX 30-series cards to launch, as those will likely offer more performance for the money. It's hard to say for sure what performance will be like at this point, but it might not be surprising to see 2080 Ti level performance for the price of a 2080 SUPER, perhaps with some newer features and faster raytracing hardware.

Also, a Hyper 212 might not handle the heat output of a 10700K particularly well, so you would probably want a better cooler than that if you went with that processor. And of course, these newer CPUs require DDR4 RAM, so you would need to figure that into the price as well.

Edit: One other thing to point out is that these cards would be limited by that quad-core i5 in some of the newer, more demanding games, that will want more than four threads to run their best, so you probably would want a CPU upgrade to go with this level of graphics hardware.

Worth is something only YOU can determine.

My thoughts:
Your current psu may not be sufficient to properly run a RTX2080ti.

If budget is any sort of an issue, I think I would look at a i5-10600K instead.
Here is a review:

Not only will you need a Z490 based motherboard, but you will also need ddr4 ram.
When you buy ram, buy a single kit(not like your current specs)
Ram must be matched to avoid compatibility issues.

Your case only allows a 155mm tall cpu cooler.
I think the hyper212 is 158mm.
The cryorig H7 is a good alternative

Or, you could buy a better case which allows a better cooler.

Thanks guys. I like the pric of the I5 10600k. I had planned on buying a new case - Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower. I will add this to my partpicker and see how things work out. I think i might keep checking on the RTX3000 series cards, if its only a few months i think i can wait that long and just more time to save more money.
If you don't need the WIFI.

This is the board I bought it's very good.
