The best gift to give someone "that has everything" is an experience. Tickets to a concert, play, museum etc. Or drive a car on a racetrack, golf with a pro, plane tickets to somewhere.

I would imagine he would remember himself without a gift.

I wouldn't get my father anything as he died in 1997 and would likely not appreciate it.

More seriously, can you tell us anything about your dad? I've never met him, nor do I know anything about him. Without this information, you're basically just asking us name something that exists.
