I'm thinking of playing it safe and going for the 570 :/ I'm 17 and it would be one or two more days working at a mall or something i guess 😛

Go with the Gigabyte with eyes close, it will give you more headroom for overclocking while running silently.
The other GPU is a reference design one, runs hotter and noisy that the Gigabyte
