Low-end of the high-end would be a pretty good description if you ask me; I'd say my rig is pretty average, and that one is better than mine...

EDIT: The GPU is the thing that's limiting you, that's what you should upgrade first.

Low-end of high-end is pretty fair, I think. Average for this group, but that's because this group builds a lot of mid-to-high-end rigs!
