What would you upgrade first?

I really want to upgrade my computer and save my hardware for when I build my dad a computer, but which one would you upgrade first? Also, I'm not meaning this to be upgraded as soon as possible. I'm looking to upgrade this in a span of one year. Here is my system build.

Yes. I was thinking of maybe upgrading to Pascal if they do have a lot of gains.
All of the parts I do upgrade, will be a part of my dad's build.

That's your rig? I really can't think of anything I would upgrade on that unless you wanted to throw in a Samsung 950 Pro in there somewhere, although I'm not sure Z87 is capable of supporting such a drive or not.
