depends on the budget and the needs. Personally i would go for a good 750w power supply, buff up the ram if needed (capacity and size), and the cpu..

What resolution and Hz is your monitor?

The only thing that looks a bit mediocre is the psu. With 3600 cpu it might be interesting to see what the next AMD refresh brings.

In which case I don’t see much upgrade benefit. In some games a cpu upgrade might give some more FPS but probably not enough to worry about and possibly the 3070 won’t be able to take advantage of.
