Open the Windows Explorer (WIN+E), then right-click on "This PC", select "Properties" ( btw, you can also simply press WIN+PAUSE). There you will see what type of Windows you have.
If what you wanted to know is whether your hardware supports a x64 OS, then most likely yes, although it depends on the specific CPU model. Any CPU of the last 10 years supports x64.
