Use the fastest RAM you can afford, 3200 it will benefit many games and apps. The rest are awesome picks for a gaming system.

The first PSU you chose is good, the Cooler Master V550S and the SeaSonic S12II-520 are in trhe same tier, just go for whatever is cheapest.
