What you need to concern before buying AIO Cooler?

I'm still relatively new to AIO, I've been using Air Cooler for my build. Frankly speaking, AIO Cooler looks a lot cleaner and a lot neater compared to Air Cooler. But before buying one, I am really concern about AIO. Like what do i need to be aware aside from risk of leaking (which is very low but could happen)? Do I need to clean up the radiator often and is there any maintenance that I have to do regularly?

Yeah that seems to be the only concern. How often do I need to clean up the radiator? Once every 6 months?

There's certainly risk, so I would suggest looking for the ones with the best warranty and service attitudes
