What you need to have before installing Windows 10 to new SSD in Toshiba Satellite M645-S4047

I am upgrading an old HDD to SSD for my Toshiba Satellite M645-S4047.
It comes with Windows 7 Home premium.
But I want to install Windows 10 on the new SSD
Beside of the bootable Windows 10, what I need to consider?

1. Should I search for drivers of the laptop before installing the OS?
2. As I considered it came with Windows 7, it will give me problems installing Windows 10?

Yes. Find the drivers first.
But it's rather old laptop - first gen intel core. You may not be able to find all the drivers.
Windows 10 will probably be able to find some drivers by itself.

Note - without appropriate drivers devices like touchpad, lan, wifi, audio will not work.

I began the process:
Modified boot priority to boot from the flash drive with Windows 10 and restarted.
It appear the Windows 10 logo and the dots (loading).
Then it appears BSOD and the message shows "System Threat not handled" and turned off itself.

What can I do to continue?

In the Advanced Tab shows:

If you're trying to install windows 10 64bit version, then
try installing windows 10 32bit version (x86) instead.

BIOS of your laptop is legacy, so Safe Boot option is not applicable.

FYI: I checked your laptop model on Toshiba Support --- No Windows 10 drivers. Windows 8.1 drivers were the last ones issued.

Hi, sorry for the time.

I tried both Windows 7 and 8.1, both failing and throwing BSOD. I will list them

• 
  KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
  DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  BAD_POOL_HEADER

I make some research and many of these issues refers to hardware. So i bought a new memory:

I removed the old ones and tried the new memory in both slots and BIOS detects it only in the first slot so i solved one step.

But it fails throwing BSOD with this info:

  STOP: 0x0000007E - ACPI.sys
  STOP: 0x000000C5

My last try was using Linux memTest86.
It shows 4 horizontal colors in the screen (like TV when no signal, but horizontal)

Is these problem with memory? or slots? or a different hardware?
