What're these connected to?

So here's this cable I got to fit my GPU (Nividia GTX 770 2GB). Which connector, from a typical PSU, do these two white ones fit?

Would this PSU here provide me with the needed
8pin and 6pin connectors for this GPU? More importantly, would a 650W PSU provide enough power for that GPU, who's manual states it needs a minimum of 600W for it to work?

Or... should i spend a little more and get this PSU?

with either one the the PSUs listed you will not need the cable.

Mmm I know, i was just asking out of curiosity's sake

I've checked on the back of the box the GPU came in, do either of those PSU's present an issue for the following:

Minimum 600w Power (ok we know this isn't a problem)
Minimum 12 current rating of 42 A (I presume A is for Amps)

I'm only asking this as I really want to avoid problems that stem from the PSU, like burning it out or harming other components, like th MOBO or CPU.
