What's a Good a Upgrade this Holiday?

Hello everyone, I'm thinking of upgrading one or few of my components this holiday season.

Here are my parts:
FX-6300 @ 4.1Ghz w/ Hyper 212 EVO
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
8GB RAM
Windows 7
64GB SSD
1TB HDD

No real need to upgrade my GPU because my 7870 is still kicking ass.
I was thinking of maybe buying the 8320/8350? Would it really benefit me that much for rendering?
