[SOLVED] Whats a good cheap graphics card for my pc?

i purchased a new gaming pc from best buy a year ago and sadly i think the graphics card died it shut off on me when i was playing a game and when i turned it back on i get a winows error and the screen is all green. i have a new pc being built for me but its going to take 3 months or so , and i was wondering what budget graphics card i can buy in the meantime all i want is something that can play league of legends till my new pc gets here . i am a computer novice and i dont want to buy a card that doesnt work with my pc

so i got the new graphics card and it seemed to fix one issue of the screen being green i am able to access bios now atleast but it still wont boot up into windows i get the same windows error , i have a media instalation tool with windows 10 on it but for some reason it wont let me boot it , i press f11 to go into boot options select the usb and hit enter , windows logo pops up for a split second then goes to a black screen with a flashing _ at top right of the screen , ive tried everything in my power to try and fix this look up alot of stuff online with no resolve

everything seems to be running allmy lights and stuff are on not sure what the problem is what other hardware could be bad? ive been trying to fix this for so long now :/ sry to bug you agin
