Question What's a good CPU that won't bottleneck an RX 6600 XT?

Currently I have a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with the RX 6600 XT and I feel like I'm not getting the fps I want and notice that GPU usage is not that high. I suspect a CPU bottleneck, what would be a good CPU to pair up with this GPU? I have a B450M DS3H motherboard, and I was possibly looking at the Ryzen 5 5600x. Any help would be appreciated.
