Now that I have a Epson scanner, I have quite some paper document that I
want them to go digital. I look through bundled software that come with
Epson Perfection 3170 and don't see a document management program. Can
you guys suggest one? A good one please. Thanks.

It depends on what you want to achieve.
Some programs have an all-in-one approach and try to mix
acquiring/indexing/burning/archiving tasks into one single application,
other are more modular and let you set and implement specific requirements.

If your scanning software does a good job in scanning and creating images of
your paper documents, it might be that you just need a small database
program that lets you index and catalog your scanned images as database blob
fields or references to the files you archived.
